THE 2008 SEA RAY 250 SELECT EX

Knoxville, Tenn. - The sleek and sporty 250 Select Ex from Sea Ray is the perfect setting for a first-rate ski party. With ample comfortable seating, everything in place for effortless entertaining and plenty of power for water sports, the 250 Select Ex is one of most impressive offerings in the premium luxury series of boats from Sea Ray.

"We are extremely excited about this model," says Robin Brendle, vice president of sport boat sales at Sea Ray's corporate headquarters. "It is completely comfortable from top to bottom, with sexy styling, lots of luxurious amenities and unbelievable performance."

In the spacious cockpit, the captain and mate sit in ergonomic, fiberglass-backed bucket seats that allow for sitting or standing thanks to flip-up, thigh-rise bolsters. Passengers can relax on the bow-rider loungers or on the L-shaped padded cockpit bench, while enjoying their favorite beverages. Refreshments are always close at hand, whether they're resting in the nine cup holders or waiting in the carry-on insulated cooler that stows neatly in the cockpit. The smartly crafted wet bar has a stainless steel sink and faucet, and a 12-volt refrigerator is an available option.
No need to make any unscheduled "pit stops" - the enclosed, lockable head compartment that houses a fiberglass porta-potty means the party can carry on continuously.

When it's time to hit the water, the standard extended swim platform with a concealed four-step stainless steel ladder and integral grab handle provides convenient access. The aft sun pad offers a comfy spot for a sunbathing break, and has a nifty center walk-thru cushion that ingeniously hinges out of sight. Optional Smart Tow digital speed control promises a reliable ride for all your water sports needs.

The captain is in complete command from behind the wood-accented tilt wheel with Vessel Control System™ control buttons and power-assisted steering. At the helm, a state-of-art control station features SmartCraft® instruments, aircraft-style illuminated toggle switches and an optional 5" color chartplotter.
Excellent entertainment is always available from the standard 12-volt Clarion® AM/FM/CD stereo with MP3 port, amplifier, subwoofer and six speakers, or you can enjoy non-stop tunes by choosing the optional Sirius® satellite receiver with antenna.

Stainless steel fittings throughout give the 250 Select Ex a polished, upscale appearance and the feel of solid, enduring quality construction. Other upscale upgrades include an air compressor for water toys, underwater lights, indirect blue LED cockpit lights, and a water sports tower with bimini top and anchor lights.
The 250 Select Ex is powered by a standard 300-hp 350 Magnum® MPI Bravo® III Digital Throttle and Shift standard sterndrive. A selection of alternative sterndrive options is also available up to a searing 375-hp. In addition, Sea Ray's status as a MerCruiser® Installation Quality Certified Manufacturer provides a standard two-year engine warranty.

The 250 Select Ex is just one of many great offerings from Sea Ray. If you're looking for racy performance, beautiful styling and luxurious features, this boat is a must-see.
